TORAYA CAFÉは、京都で生まれ、5世紀にわたって和菓子屋を営んできた
「とらや」がつくったカフェです。自由で新しいお菓子の世界の提案をコンセプト
に「とらや」のあんを使った、とらやがつくるもうひとつのお菓子をお届けします。
和と洋の素材同士の相性を大切にした、長く愛されるお菓子を目指し、時には、
それらを取り巻く食事や飲み物も合わせて幸せな食の時間を彩ってくれること
を願うものです。TORAYA CAFÉのスタイルはきっと22世紀のスタンダード
となる、そう信じてやみません。

Here at TORAYA CAFÉ, created by TORAYA, a traditional Japanese
confectioner founded in Kyoto and producing sweet delicacies for five
centuries, our goal is to present you with new types of desserts using our
